Faramarz Moeen-Ziai is the founder and principal of Playa Verde Group. Over 15 years in mortgage production and operations, he has built, managed, and optimized origination systems from the ground up — across origination, processing, underwriting coordination, investor delivery, and compliance.

His work is grounded in a single conviction: that execution quality is a system property, not a personnel property. The best operations don't depend on any one person knowing the right answer — they depend on structures that hold the standard regardless of who is in the role.
